Basic Corndog Recipe

1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
Mix together all ingredients. Dip wieners in the batter and fry in hot oil until brown.
